Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described

Pages describing fleet performance reviews, route studies, depot audits, and exception reporting are informational. A signed statement of work or written quote confirms the actual scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, and original report templates remain the property of MapleHub Fleet Monitor Co., Ltd.. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal operational use. Redistribution of report packs to third parties requires prior written consent unless the statement of work says otherwise.

Client materials

You retain ownership of dispatch logs, GPS exports, and other records you provide. You grant us a limited license to process those materials solely to perform the engagement and to retain working copies as described in our privacy notice.

Liability

Analyses reflect the records and observations available during the engagement window. We do not guarantee particular operational outcomes such as reduced late rates or fuel savings. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Vietnam, liability for any claim arising from website use or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, with Thai Binh as the preferred venue when legally permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms in their statement of work unless both parties agree otherwise.
