Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to analysis engagements offered by MapleHub Fleet Monitor Co., Ltd., including fleet performance reviews, route efficiency studies, depot turnaround audits, and delivery exception reporting cycles.

Eligibility

Refund requests must relate to a paid engagement confirmed in a written quote or statement of work. Website browsing is free and not subject to refunds.

Timeframe

Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@content-maplehub.click within 14 days of the triggering event described below, unless the statement of work sets a different window.

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel the engagement before substantive work begins, or if you cancel in writing before the agreed kickoff date and before we have started data cleanup or site observation.

Partial refund

If you cancel after kickoff but before delivery of the final dossier, we may refund the unused portion of fees after deducting work already performed, including intake, transcription, observation days, and draft analysis. Deductions are itemized in writing.

Non-refundable items

Third-party travel booked at your request, paid transcription of paper logs already completed, and completed weekly or monthly exception report cycles already delivered are non-refundable.

Deposits

Deposits reserve analyst time. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff begins. Before kickoff, deposits follow the full-refund rule above.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule an on-site observation once without penalty if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee reflecting travel and staff reassignment.

No-shows

If a scheduled depot contact is unavailable without notice and observation cannot proceed, that day may be billed as worked and is not refundable.

Work already started

Once analysis of your logs or yard observation has started, fees for completed stages remain payable even if you later decide not to receive the final briefing.

Purchased materials

Printed report packs produced at your request after approval of the digital dossier are non-refundable once printing has been ordered.

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Processing times at receiving banks may add several days.
