Analysts who still walk the loading bay

MapleHub Fleet Monitor exists to make fleet performance, route efficiency, and delivery exceptions discussable with shared charts — without turning the conversation into jargon.

Official registered name

The official registered business name is MapleHub Fleet Monitor Co., Ltd.. The company was established in 2018 in Thai Binh, Vietnam.

Brief history

In 2018, two former dispatch supervisors began documenting late deliveries for local carriers who lacked a shared view of gate dwell versus road delay. Early work was handwritten exception tallies and hand-drawn route overlays. As clients asked for clearer visuals, the practice grew into formal performance reviews and recurring exception report packs while keeping the same depot-first habit: observe the yard before blaming the corridor.

Today the team supports regional parcel fleets, cold-chain carriers, and 3PLs that need honest pictures of utilization and failed first attempts before renegotiating shipper agreements.

Working approach

We prefer incomplete but truthful logs over polished exports that hide gaps. Site visits remain part of flagship reviews when the depot is reachable from Thai Binh. Charts stay sparse so supervisors can mark them up with pencil during the briefing.

Values

  • Rank findings by operational cost, not by how impressive a chart looks
  • Name constraints — weather, landlord gate hours, client lunch windows — when they explain the data
  • Leave teams with experiments they can run next week, not a shelf of unused advice
