Data we collect

From the contact form we collect name, email, optional fleet size, selected engagement, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of your staff and, where present in logs you supply, identifiers tied to drivers or vehicles. We ask clients to minimize personal data in shared files whenever operationally possible.

Purposes

We use contact data to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes. We use engagement data to deliver reviews, studies, and exception report packs, to invoice, and to improve our internal methods without publishing client-identifying details.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial relationship. Engagement working files are retained for up to 36 months after project close, then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention is required by Vietnamese law or agreed in writing.

User rights

Subject to applicable law in Vietnam, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@content-maplehub.click. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Vietnam. If a subprocesser outside Vietnam is used for email or file hosting, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to protect personal data during transfer.
