A written performance dossier with ranked findings, annotated route samples, and a prioritized list of operational corrections

What is included

  • Intake interview covering depots, vehicle classes, and delivery windows
  • Review of two to four weeks of dispatch logs, GPS traces, or paper run sheets
  • Exception tagging for late arrivals, failed first attempts, and unplanned stops
  • Illustrated summary charts of utilization, dwell, and kilometer efficiency

What is excluded

  • Live vehicle tracking hardware or software installation

  • Ongoing monthly monitoring retainers (available separately)

Who delivers the work

Senior logistics analyst paired with a field coordinator familiar with northern Vietnam road conditions

How the engagement proceeds

  1. Scope call to confirm fleet size, data sources, and review window
  2. Data collection and site visit to the primary depot
  3. Analysis of routes, exceptions, and load patterns
  4. Draft dossier shared for factual correction
  5. Final briefing and delivery of the report pack

Preparation

Prepare recent dispatch records, vehicle lists, and notes on recurring delivery complaints. A depot contact who can walk the yard with us speeds the review.

Constraints

Works best for fleets of 8–80 vehicles. Highly fragmented subcontract fleets may need a narrower corridor focus.

Pricing basis

From 18,000,000 VND per engagement. Final quotes reflect fleet size, number of depots, and whether GPS traces or paper logs need transcription.
